What you don't have is unlimited time to search and compare the various sites to make sure that you are getting the best overview of top talent. Many recruiting services charge athletes $500 up to several thousand dollars to be listed on their websites. Not every talented athlete can afford these costs, and coaches who exclusively rely on these services stand the risk of missing an outstanding, but otherwise unknown, athlete.

We believe that all athletes have the right to be seen, regardless of location, economic background, or media notoriety. To that end, we launched Ticket 2 Greatness in August 2012. Our ultimate goal is to serve as the premier platform that links talented athletes with coaches and scouts. We are offering this at nominal registration cost to the athlete. By taking this approach, we can provide coaches with access to a much larger pool of athletes... athletes who are qualified objectively... by performance, skill and raw talent rather than by the filtered exposure of expensive services.

Ticket 2 Greatness does not discriminate against age, gender or ethnicity. We also welcome athletes from all sport classifications, whether individual or team. Our philosophy is that athletic talent must be championed at all levels, and we welcome all athletes with no measurement except their innate talent, their experience and their demonstrated performance.

You will find high quality athletic profiles, videos, news clippings, testimonies and player biographies among the many tools that will help you connect with the best athlete for your purposes. We know that coaches often begin checking out star athletes in middle school and then continue to track their progress, so we are inviting athletes 13 to 32 to register on our site. We also know that you do not conduct your recruitment randomly, but you base your searches based on verifiable sources.
